One of the largest industrial facilities in Mississippi is not located in the Jackson capital or even in any of the 100 largest cities in the state, but in 2,300 population Lumberton, Mississippi, halfway between Hattiesburg and New Orleans. But the property has everything you could want, including a 157,000 square foot manufacturing plant, warehouse, lay-down yard on 35 acres with a rail spur and close proximity to Interstate 59; the facility is just not located near a large population. The property has become difficult to sell, which is why the owners reached out to Mississippi Commercial Realty who has a reputation for marketing large complex commercial properties.

The Process
